In the following table are listed the prices for renting the house. The prices are expressed in euros per day. If you want to make a reservation, please send us inquiry in which you specify date and details of your interest.

We will answer as soon as possible to take further steps regarding to your reservation. Due to the seriousness of the reservation it is required to pay 30% of the total amount. Payment can be made explicit upon confirmation from us that in a given period all reservations are available.After our confirmation and your payment ( 30% of the total price) your reservation is confirmed.

It is desirable to specify your contact phone number so we can contact you regarding to your reservation if necessary. Note that it is possible to bring your pet but just make sure that we previously agreed.

Apartment is a residential unit for a defined number of persons / beds (4 +1). With defined number of available beds in the apartment it's determined the maximum number of guests in the apartment (4+1). Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and all dishes.

You can check in from 14.00 pm on the first day of your reservation and it is necessary to check out the next morning of the last day of reservation till 10 am.

Price includes: rent, bed linen, kitchen utensils and dishes, electricity, water and final cleaning. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. A stay will be charged for the reserved number of days. Prices are calculated on the basis of stay min.7 days or more. Overnight stay less than 7 days will be charged according to the agreement.
